Revl – Movie Bundle Promotion - Gift with Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to this Revl GWP Movie Bundle Promotion (“Promotion”). Please retain a copy for your information. By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are additional to the Revl Drinks website (https://revl.co.uk/) terms and conditions which continue to apply.

2. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Revl Drinks website terms and conditions, these Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Revl Drinks shall be final.

3. Promoter and Data Controller: Revl Drinks is a trading name of Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited of 137 High Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1JZ which is registered company in England and Wales under company number 26018.

4. This Promotion is open only to GB residents aged 18 years or over (“Participants”) excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Proof of age and/or residence will be required.

5. This Promotion runs during the period from 22/2/2021 to 22/3/2021 through the Revl Drinks website (https://revl.co.uk/). Qualifying Purchases (see Term 6) will be made on the Revl Drinks website between 06:00 hrs GMT on 18/2/2021 until 23:59hrs GMT on 25/3/2021 (“Promotional Period”). All purchases must be completed during this time to qualify, purchases outside of the Promotional Period will not qualify.

6. Subject always to these Terms, Participants who spend £50 or more on products through the Revl Drinks website during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) will be eligible for the free movie bundle (1x Rakuten movie pass, 80g bag of Joe & Sephs popcorn and a popcorn carrier) (worth £8.99) (“Gift”).

7. A limit of one (1) Gift per order. Subject to availability and whilst stocks last, Gift available to first 500 on all Qualifying Purchase(s), Participants making a Qualifying Purchase will automatically have the Gift added to their order.

8. The Gift will be delivered to addresses in Great Britain alongside your order. The Promoter accepts no liability for the loss, theft or any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion. The Promoter is not liable for any technical faults arising beyond their control in the provision of the Gift and users are to contact Rakuten TV by sending an electronic mail to help-uk@rakuten.tv in the case of any issues.

9. It is mandatory to register an online account with Rakuten TV in order to redeem the voucher code. See Terms and Conditions at Rakuten.tv. The Rakuten voucher code can be redeemed against one (1) movie rental in SD, HD up to the value of £4.99. Renting a movie gives you the right to watch it up for up to 48 hours.

10. Vouchers are not for resale. Voucher codes from this promotion cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional codes.

11. If any product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund, so that the total amount spent then falls below £50, then the Qualifying Purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase. Revl Drinks reserves the right to deduct the RRP value (£8.99) of the Gift from the relevant amount from any refund due.

12. The Gift is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, returned or redeemed for a cash alternative or any other replacement Gift.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time during the Promotional Period to circumstances beyond its control.

14. Participants acknowledge that their Personal Data (which shall have the same meaning given to it under the Data Protection Act 2018) being passed to its agencies or other suppliers supporting the Promotion.

15. These Terms, this Promotion and any other dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
